Summer & Holiday Rates apply 21 June thru 21 September 2009 (every day) and these periods: Columbus Day weekend (Oct 10-11-12, 2008), Veterans Day (Nov 11, 2008), Thanksgiving & weekend (Nov 27-28-29, 2008), Christmas-New Years week (Dec 19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31, 2008 & 01 Jan 2009), Martin Luther King Jr Day weekend (Jan 16-17-18, 2009), President's Day weekend (Feb 13-14-15, 2009), Easter weekend (Apr 10-11, 2009), Memorial Day weekend (May 22-23-24, 2009), Columbus Day weekend (Oct 09-10-11, 2009), Veterans Day (Nov 11, 2009), Thanksgiving & weekend (Nov 26-27-28, 2009), Christmas-New Years week (Dec 18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31, 2009 & 01-02 Jan 2010), Martin Luther King Jr Day weekend (Jan 15-16-17, 2010), President's Day weekend (Feb 12-13-14, 2010), Easter weekend (Apr 02-03, 2010), Memorial Day weekend (May 28-29-30, 2010).

Deals-- Long Weekend Special: After staying with us on Friday & Saturday nights, instead of departing on Sunday (or on Monday if you have stayed with us on three-night holiday weekend), extend your stay one more night and receive a 50% discount on the rate for the additional night. Weekly Special: Stay for seven consecutive nights for the cost of six. Coupons: We regularly promote with coupons in selected print media. Also see here for current web-offers & printable coupons. Coupons must be declared at time of placing reservation, and are only valid for the dates and conditions specified. Group Discount: Check here to see if your reservation qualifies for a multi-unit discount.  Note: Deals (Specials, Coupons, Discounts and any other offers that may be available concurrently) may not be combined or aggregated so as to apply to the same occupancy reservation.

Prices based on two people/one bed. Use of extra bed, $18.00 per night.  No charge for children under 6 years old if you provide your own bed, playpen or crib, or children sleep with parents.  Pets (must be kept on leash when outdoors, and never left alone in your accommodation) $10.00 per night, per pet with limit of two pets.  We will reserve your accommodation with a first night’s deposit (including tax) paid by cash or check, or valid credit card info enabling us to bill for such deposit. All prices plus 8.2% Washington sales tax and 2.0% Skagit County lodging tax. Rates subject to change without notice.

Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out at 11:00am. Call us for group reservations, meal options or to arrange monthly rentals. Restaurant and laundry on premises. Movie videos/players  & sports gear rentals available. Gift certificates may be purchased. Ask about our BUNNY CLUB  -- get your club card stamped each time you stay to accumulate credits for free lodging.   

Cancellations: Your deposit will NOT be refunded without either 24 hours notice of cancellation for EACH day of your regular reservation (ie, if you have a 3-day reservation, you must give us 72 hours cancellation notice) or, one week’s notice if you have a holiday reservation). How to cancel:  Call our office and speak to someone who will give you a cancellation confirmation number you can write down; An emailed cancellation request is not valid unless we respond to you with an acknowledging email you can print and retain.  A late cancellation subjects you to forfeiture of your deposit or a charge to your credit card for one night's accommodation plus tax.  Early departures require full payment unless we can rent the unit to others. All refunds are subject to a 5% service fee, which will be deducted from your refund check or billed to your credit card.
